Orders must be placed through our designated channels (WhatsApp or Instagram DM). We do not process orders through traditional e-commerce checkout systems.

Payment is required before shipping and can be made via bank transfer or through secure payment links provided after order confirmation.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after successful delivery confirmation.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
